Shipping Processing time:
All in stock items are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a higher than normal order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Store Pick up @ Diamond Truck Body facility (Stockton California)
Store Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up in a store. You avoid shipping charges – and you may be able to get your order faster.
Here's how it works:
- During checkout, choose Store Pickup
- We'll show you an estimated pickup date.
- Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.)
Bring to the store:
1. Your government-issued photo ID
2. The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used).
3. Your order number.
Non-Stock orders / Special Orders:
Once a Non-Stock / Special order item is available for pickup DTB will send a notifications for pick up.
